2.Product DescriptionSDM Lifting Magnet
The magnetic lifter can be divided into electric magnetic lifter and permanent magnetic lifter. Both electric magnetic lifter and permanent magnetic lifter will generate a strong magnetic field on their working surface during the work process. The magnetic field line will cross the ferromagnetic workpiece during working, and the workpiece can be treated as part of the main magnetic circuit.
The relative movement between the magnetic systems will achieve adding and cancellation of magnetic field strength on the working surface, then ensure the switching between load and unload.
1.No power failure :
Permanent magnets supply the lifting force, they are always ready to go to work. Never any loss of power. Never need remagnetizing. Not dependent upon outside power source.
2.Safe:
Safe practice in use of magnetic lifts dictates that maximum working load be no more than half the test load. These magnets have been load tested at twice the safe working load shown in table.
3.Slim structure, and easy to operate.
Permanent magnetic lifting device is lightweight per pound of lifting capacity. Easily portable for use indoors or outdoors. Perfected to handle smooth-surfaced, heavy, solid ferrous blocks.
